Quiet area, but within 2 blocks of Health Central hospital, Super Walmart, 8 restaurants, 2 banks, medical offices, furniture stores and bus stops. Home has never had a smoker or pets. I can schedule closing around your timing. RVs, boats, trailers are OK if kept in the garage.
