My wife and I built this house 25 years ago as a summer home and it has never been rented. Well maintained 3 bedroom /3 baths +2 half baths ocean side home right in the heart of Emerald Isle. Excellent location to walk, bike ride or golf cart to everything that this town has such as two grocery stores, nightclubs, lots of restaurants, marina, fishing Pier, waterslide, put-put golf, go kart track and last but not least is the ocean which it is only one block up to Ocean Drive which is right on the beach. To me it is all about location, location, location but I need to tell you about a great house. The interior is a large and spacious open living/kitchen area for great entertaining. There is lots of storage and bonus room on lower level. Plenty of room to park your boats/toys in the two driveways and not interfere with the two garage spaces.The back of the house has two full decks with one large area screened in.
