This Pinnacle Park property has a covered patio that faces a back yard with a mix of young and mature trees onto a forested side yard of large private property estate giving us the privilege of having a wooded view that will never be built on. We take comfort that we are only minutes away from the best medical facilities in the area, Texoma Medical Center and regret having to give up this.
