First home of noted LA designer/architect Wayne McAllister (Agua Caliente Casino and Racetrack,1928; Sands, El Rancho Vegas; Cinegrill---Hollywood Roosevelt; Bob's Big Boy, Burbank; "Googie" style restaurants 1940's and Bob's Big Boy Burbank--see individual Wikipedia articles on architect and projects). Separate "maid's quarters" with bathroom and shower; access through locking side gate; consists of approximately 200 additional feet (in addition to the approximate 1360 on tax records). Extra storage in large walk-up space at corner of garage under front entrance stairs. Earthquake codes stronger after '36 quake; found. bolted.
