Northchase HOA is a quiet community with friendly people. The pool is phenomenal and the parkway is perfectly safe for walking. You can review events and newsletter on the website. The 1/2 acre property is surrounded by ponds and trees providing privacy except from the ducks. The view is beautiful while sitting on the front porch where the sun rises or from the back screened-in porch or sun porch were the sun sets. The inside of the house has high ceilings that make it very spacious. There are hardwood floors in over half the house refinished in 2019. The roof was new in 2019 also. The dining room has a door that can separate it from the kitchen. There are built-in shelves in the living room and third bedroom which can also be an office. The washer and dryer are 3 yrs old. The air unit is new in 2020 and has an ozonator that removes impurities from the air. The furniture is 3 yrs old except for the dining room suit and the grandfather clocks.
