This house is in a great location. It has a double car port attached and under the same dwellings roof...the house has 4 entrances. One entrance is into the storage or extra room under the car port. The main or Front door as we say in the South is on 8th Avenue. But there are 2 additional entrances on the Cedar St side of the dwelling...One which is normally used as the 2nd Front Door and an additional entrance into the Master Bedroom from under the car port. The dwelling is located 2 blocks from the elementary school and is 3 minutes from all the other buildings/schools for TISD. The Brookshires grocery store is 2 minutes away as well...you can stop there coming back from the school buildings if your dropping off kidos. House has a small backyard that is fenced. In a well established neighborhood with older adults who reside. Yes, might be some grandkids that show too visit once in a while but usually a quiet place to reside. The community of Teague is fairly quiet...not much happening other than life in general. Life is slower here. So, if you're looking for a place to settle with a slower pace of life, Teague would be it and my house would be a good place to purchase and live...Wish you well in your search for the right house.
