This multifamily 5 units apartment building is great for investors. All of the apartments have separate meters so every tenant pays for their own gas and electric. Four of the apartments are one bedroom all varying in size and one is a comfortable studio. Most of the windows have been replaced, the entire building insulated, kitchens and bathrooms updated and the driveway and parking lot soon to be re-paved. We have owned this property for 30+ years and we have put our hearts and soul into it. It has been a wonderful experience to own, manage and maintain this rental property and provide a comfortable, reasonable abode for the tenants.
